Shipping & Store Policies

We happily accept returns on most unused, unwashed, unworn merchandise for store credit within 30 days of purchase. Items discounted 30% or more, or marked as final sale, are not eligible for return.

Once your return has been requested, your item must be shipped within 15 days. Please ensure to send your items back ASAP in order to avoid any issues. You can see our full Return Policy Here.

Please be aware that we do not refund shipping charges paid at the time of the original order, or that you may pay to return items to us.

Include your packing slip, a copy of your return confirmation email, or a note with your name and order number in your return package. All Dresses MUST be returned in their original packaging. Failure to do so will result in additional fees, and significant delays in processing your return.
